Crispy Roti Chaat: a healthy diet during lockdown days

Crispy Roti Chaat is a healthy snack and an easy diet for all. Yes, Lockdown days are difficult for all of us but as we know that immunity is the key answer for the crisis we are facing let us prepare a chaat from the leftover roti that you have the previous night. Let us try this at home to spice up our menu –

Ingredients for Crispy Roti Chaat:

Leftover Roti from the previous day

Cucumber minced

Tomato minced

Onion minced

Coriander leaves minced

Chilli

Lemon

Cornflakes (optional)

Bhujia Sev (optional)

Tomato Sauce or Kasundi

Masala mixture

Chaat Masala mixture:

Roasted Jeera Powder

Red Chilli powder

Black salt

Process:

Take the sauce or kasundi in a bowl. Take all the above ingredients first, except the Roti. Mix them well then take the crispy roti leftover from the previous night. Slowly mix it and add 1/2 tsp chaat masala. Squeeze the lime over the chaat. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.

Please remember o wash all the vegetables properly before preparing the snack. Moreover, include these vegetables in your diet to enhance the nutrient factor. Always know this – know what you eat.
