Kolkata, August 9:The B.D.M. International Alumni Association, Pratapgarh Narendrapur, successfully organised a blood donation camp titled “Give Life” on Saturday, 9th August 2025, at the Milestone Building (P2), BDMI campus.
Organised in association with the People’s Blood Centre and the Interact Club of B.D.M. International, the camp witnessed overwhelming participation from alumni, students, parents, teachers, and local residents. Over the course of the event, a significant number of units of blood were collected, contributing meaningfully to emergency healthcare needs in the city.
The event was graced by school authorities, members of the alumni association, and volunteers who came together to support this noble cause. The organisers expressed heartfelt gratitude to every donor and volunteer who made the camp a grand success.
The initiative was supported by Red FM 93.5 as the official radio partner.
“The spirit of giving was truly alive today. It was heartwarming to see our BDMI family and the community come together to give the gift of life,” said Subhomoy Samanta, President of the Alumni Association.
