Green Peas Sandesh

As the festive season approaches sweets are a commonplace dish for every household. Sreeja Mukherjee is here with a plate of ‘Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye’ for her guests.

Ingredients :

Paste of Koraisuti (Green Peas)
Sugar Dust
Khoya Kheer
Cashew nuts
Raisin
Ghee

Method:

Add ghee in the pan after it warms up add paste of Koraisuti (Green Peas). After few minutes add sugar dust and khoya kheer. Allow it to cool. Take out the paste on a plate and refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.  After that cut into shapes, you like. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins. Serve with Love!
