Relish your taste bud with Rice Chicken Dumplings

Chicken is an all-time favourite dish that every age group loves to relish. Be it tossed, baked, steamed or grilled, chicken lovers trend all over the world. Rice, being a staple food of many regions, makes a fantastic pair with chicken. Here Sonali Roy has come up with a beautiful preparation of Rice Chicken dumplings, which looks like cute white flowers that will definitely make your taste buds feel the sapidity and savour.

Ingredients of Rice Chicken Dumplings:

1 cup Basmati rice (soaked),

250 grams boneless chicken (minced),

½  teaspoon turmeric powder,

½ teaspoon cumin powder,

½  teaspoon coriander powder,

1 teaspoon Soya sauce,

1 teaspoon lime juice,

1 teaspoon black pepper powder,

½ teaspoon cornflour powder,

1 cup finely chopped onion,

1 teaspoon garlic paste,

1 teaspoon ginger paste,

1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves,

½ teaspoon white oil

Salt to taste,

Preparation Process:

Step 1:

First, you have to clean the basmati rice and put it in a bowl with water for 20 minutes.

Step 2:

Then beat the boneless chicken in a smoother. Take it in a bowl and mix all spices and cornflour with it. Mix it with your hand and put it for setting for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Boil water in a big pan put utensil with several holes aura steamer and brush it with oil.

Step 4:

Take the basmati rice out from the water in a plate and make several small balls of Chicken keema. Put all the keema balls on the rice and encrust each ball with rice.

Step 5:

Make sure that your water is boiling. Put all the keema balls coated with rice on the utensil steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6:

When the rice becomes tender and it looks like flowers, turn off the gas.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
