Tips To Prevent Migraine

Migraine is a common ailment in almost 8 women out of 10. Though it is not curable can be prevented and these preventive tips are brought forward by Moonmoon Chakraborty

  1. Ice tea with ginger is the best healing medicine for the migraine.
  2. Eating a well-balanced diet and not skipping a meal is the best way to avoid a migraine.
  3. Try to avoid food activities like eggs, chocolates, dairy products, processed food, cold food, nuts, wine, soya, etc.
  4. Try to take apple and grape juice thrice a week.
  5. Massage the head with coconut oil or lavender oil.
  6. Get adequate sleep every night and follow a routine exercise every day.
  7. Massage the top of the finger for 30 – 60 secs. to stimulate the brain and head for better blood circulation.
