When Stories, Music and Emotions Meet: An Intimate Cultural Evening in Kolkata

In a city where literature, music, and storytelling breathe through everyday life, an intimate cultural evening promises to bring together emotions, memories, and art in their purest form. Titled “Golper Moto… The Untold Conversations,” the event will unfold tomorrow at 6:30 pm at Himur Heshel, Patuli, inviting audiences into a soulful world of stories, poetry, and music.

Designed as an immersive artistic experience, the evening will weave together narrative storytelling, evocative music, and powerful character performances. At the heart of the event is Arijit, the storyteller of the evening, who will guide the audience through narratives that explore human emotions, relationships, and the quiet conversations that often remain unspoken.

Adding lyrical depth to the storytelling will be Shruti, whose songs are expected to create emotional bridges between the stories and the audience. Music, after all, has the power to say what words sometimes cannot—and this evening promises exactly that kind of emotional resonance.

The stories will come alive through the expressive portrayals of Raja and Shrabana, the characters who will embody the emotions and situations unfolding on stage. Their performances aim to transform narration into a living experience, allowing the audience to feel each moment as if it were their own.

Completing the artistic ensemble is Sneherendu, who will shape the musical ambience of the evening. Through carefully curated soundscapes and musical arrangements, the performance will carry the audience through a journey where silence, music, and words flow seamlessly into one another.

The event is being presented in association with Raja Das – Raja’r Kobita Studio, a platform known for nurturing literary and poetic expression. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to celebrating storytelling as an art that connects people across experiences and emotions.

Behind this thoughtful curation stands the quiet yet powerful support of Himu, Sutapa, and Luna Chatterjee, whose encouragement and collaboration have played a vital role in bringing the evening together. Their support has helped shape the event into a collective celebration of creativity and human connection.

More than just a performance, “The Untold Conversations” promises to be a reflective cultural gathering—an evening where stories echo lived experiences, music deepens emotions, and poetry lingers in the heart long after the lights fade.

With attendance by invitation only, the event is set to be an intimate celebration of art—where every story told may remind someone of a memory, a feeling, or a conversation that was never spoken aloud.

An evening of stories, poetry, and music awaits—one that promises to unfold emotions and sensibilities, just like life itself.
