Explaining the meaning of the name of her cafe, the founder Ishani Priyadarshini said, ‘Surf’ relates to the sea, ‘fire’ relates to spice and when combined it becomes ‘SurFire’, which when pronounced sounds like ‘sarfirey’ meaning ‘crazy’.
