30th November 2019, New Town, Kolkata: Beyond Red Ocean Consulting was set up in 2016 to transform minds that run organisations. It works in multiple areas and domains but all of them culminate into transforming the individuals. Several types of workshops are planned to identify the areas of improvement in individuals necessary for both personal as well as professional life.
Beyond Red Ocean Consulting and the Mind Beyond organised ‘the event Master the Brand Called I’ on 30th of November 2019 at The Blaze Restaurant, The Galleria, New Town. It was an 8-hour session where their goal was to make individuals aware of their passion in life so that they can channelize those passion in a proper way.
“After 25 years of working in a commercial space beyond geographies and organisations, I realised that there is a gap that needs to be addressed and the gap is addressing mindsets of individuals, both as individuals and as professionals. It is all about the mind game in today’s world. What do I think about myself is what matters the most.”, says Moloy Chakravorty, the founder of Beyond Red Ocean Consulting.
“People in their mid-life often find a crisis of not getting satisfied with their career which they chose. I can help an individual identify their internal passions and translate them into a way of communicating it to the external world”, says Mr Moloy Chakravorty, Life Coach and Founder of Beyond Red Ocean.
On asking about his specific goals for women development he shares that for women, who have for multiple reasons given up their careers while undertaking all the household responsibilities or have not been able to get the required education due to several reasons, he has devised programs that will give them the reason to wake up and start the day.
“Self-branding is very important for being successful in a career. It teaches the proper etiquette, desired personality, the communication skill that would reflect the mental thought. We work towards the fulfilment of all this”, says Roshni Bhattacharjee, Founder of the Mind Beyond.
The main focus was on the Small and Medium-scale entrepreneurs, management students, the youth who are starting their career, corporate. ‘Even the homemakers need this because children follow their parents, so the basic guidance comes from the family’, says Roshni.
