A Bangla performance by Tillotama’s ladies’ wing drew attention for the cast’s commitment and the director’s guidance. The production was performed entirely by Tillotama’s ladies’ wing. Every role was played by a woman from the group, showcasing the wing’s talent and teamwork. The performers were Moushumi Chatterjee, Manju Bose, Nirmala, Soma Rakshit, Atashi di, Sapna di, Mamata Bera, and Papia Sarkar.

Dr. Shubhra Biswas directed the production. The performance was in Bangla, the mother tongue of the artists and their audience, creating a natural connection with those watching. Under Dr. Biswas’s direction, the ladies of Tillotama came together as one team on stage.
All of the participants played their roles very nicely. Each cast member brought sincerity to her part, and together they gave the production a sense of unity. Their efforts reflect the dedication that goes into community theatre, where performers give their time and energy for the love of the art.
