Christmas cake is a mandatory ritual Orange Cherry Chocolate Christmas cake. Preparation time is 1 hour
Ingredients for Christmas Cake:
All-purpose flour – 2 cup
Orange juice – 1 cup
Eggs – 3
Brown sugar – 1 & 1/2 cup
Cherry – 2 cups
Orange peels – 1 tbsp
Tutti Frutti – 1 cup
Orange essence – 1 tbsp
Ginger candy – 3 pcs
Dry fruits (cashews, dates, cranberries, apricots, black raisins, golden raisins, blueberries, almonds)
Baking powder – 1 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 & 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder
Whipped cream
Cherries
Mixed sprinkle
Process:
- First, take a mixing bowl and take orange juice, dry fruits, tutti frutti, ginger candy and cherry to soak overnight.
- Then take another mixing bowl, add butter, brown sugar, eggs and whisk it properly.
- After this add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and mix it well.
- Add orange juice soaked dry fruits, orange peels, baking powder, baking soda and orange essence mix it well.
- Then preheat the oven 180’C 10 mins, then bake for 30 mins.
- Check, the cake is ready.
- Then take a cake board. And decorate the cake with whipped cream and cherries.
