Why Dragon Citrus Glow Is Good for You

  • Rich in Vitamin C — Lemon juice is an excellent source of vitamin C, which supports the immune system and helps the body absorb iron.
  • Packed with Antioxidants — Red dragon fruit contains antioxidants such as betalains and polyphenols that help protect cells from oxidative stress.
  • Hydrating and Refreshing — Both ingredients have high water content, making this drink refreshing and helpful for hydration.
  • Supports Digestive Health — Dragon fruit contains dietary fiber and prebiotics that can support healthy digestion and beneficial gut bacteria.
  • May Support Skin Health — The vitamin C and antioxidants in this drink contribute to collagen production and overall skin health.
  • Naturally Low in Fat — A fruity, flavorful option without any added fats.

Dragon Citrus Glow is a wellness-supportive drink, not a medical treatment — it contributes to a healthy lifestyle rather than curing or preventing any condition.

Ingredients

  • 2 small red dragon fruits, pulp scooped out (home-grown, if you have them)
  • Juice of 1–2 fresh lemons (about 3–4 tablespoons)
  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar, for rimming the glass (plus a little extra to taste, if needed)
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt (optional — it rounds out the sweetness)
  • Chilled water or soda water, to dilute (optional)
  • A lemon wedge and a slice of dragon fruit, for garnish

Method

  1. Rim the glass. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your serving glass, then dip the rim into sugar so it sticks evenly. Set the glass aside to chill.
  2. Blend the dragon fruit. Scoop the pulp from the two small dragon fruits and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the lemon juice. Mix the fresh lemon juice into the dragon fruit purée, tasting as you go.
  4. Balance the flavor. If you like it sweeter, stir in a little extra sugar or honey. For a lighter drink, thin it out with chilled water or soda water.
  5. Chill and serve. Pour over ice into the sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a slice of dragon fruit, and serve immediately.
