Fish Kofta

Ingredients:

  • Fish (any) – 500 gm
  • Wheat
  • Rice flour
  • Biscuit crumbs
  • Crushed cashew nut
  • Peanuts crumbs
  • Onion paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Salt
  • Sugar

For Fry:

  • Refined oil
  • Fish ball

For gravy:

  • Onion (1 teaspoon paste + 2 finely chopped)
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cumin powder
  • Kashmiri Mirch powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Bay leaves
  • Mustard Oil

Method:

Boil the fish (any fish you want). Debone the fish finely. Take all the ingredients as mentioned above in a bowl with the boiled debone fish and smash them all together. Make a dough with the mixture. Make small balls. Heat refined oil in a pan and fry the balls and keep it aside. Take Mustard oil in another pan. Add bay leaves, garam masala, chopped onion and sauté it. When the onion starts getting brownish, add turmeric powder, cumin powder, kashmiri mirch powder, onion, ginger, and garlic paste and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add the fried fish balls and stir for 3-4 minutes and take out. Hot and Delicious Fish Kofta is ready to serve.
