Green Moong Dal is very useful in losing weight, improving heart functioning, good for diabetes, improves digestive health, and boosts blood circulation. Ingredients:
Sobuj Moong Dal (Green split Gram) fried – 1 cup (soak the dal for 4 to 5 hours and rinse well before frying)
Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
Besan – 1/4 cup
Green Chillies – 4 to 5 pcs
Ginger – 1 inch
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Shahi Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cheese spread – 4 tbsp
Grated Paneer – 1 cup
Carrot, Tomato and Capsicum (chopped) – 1 cup
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Sugar and salt as per taste

Process:
- Take green moong dal, besan, yoghurt, ginger, green chillies, lime juice, chat masala, black pepper powder, kasuri meethi, shahi garam masala powder, salt and sugar as per taste and grind it in a mixer. Make a smooth batter.
- Brush butter in a non-stick pan, and pour one ladle batter in the frying pan.
- Fry lightly and spread cheese on it. Also add the chopped carrot, tomato, capsicum, grated paneer and black pepper powder to it.
- The pancake is ready to serve. Garnish with some vegetables that have been sauteed in butter to add to the dish.
