Makeup & Hair:
Glitter and bling are in. So, gold and silver will definitely rule. Girls put on an illuminating foundation and dab some translucent powder. One word of caution here, the facial skin ought to be well moisturized and primed; either you must concentrate on the eyes or on the lips. Never go bold with both. Balance it out with anyone being concentrated.
Brush your eyebrows with an eyebrow brush and put some gel to set it. Next, blend in the eyeshadow matching your dress and dab the eyelid with a gold or silver shimmer. Numerous forms in liquid, powder, and gel are thronging the market. Then line your eyes with black and brown or bold colors like green, maroon or electric blue, which is in this season. Let your hair loose with curls at the bottom or try trendy headbands with flowers and beads. And the curly ones who love to go straight, the poker-straight hair a must this season and scrunch up the hair into curls. And do try the funky hairbands with hearts and neon lights to light up space.
For the Girls, cold shoulder tops and dresses in minis to maxis are an in-thing this season. So better ditch the winter and indulge in style but of course with the care of your health. You can also hit the little black dress which never goes out of style. Slither into a peplum dress or skater dress for some more fun. Funky palazzos in metallic hues will rule the party floor for it stands for both comfort and style. They can be teamed up with a crisp shirt or crop top or body-hugging casual tee. You can wear anything which will accentuate the upper part of the body if you are clubbing it up with loose-fitting apparel at the bottom. Teaming a cold shoulder crop top in bling colours with a monochrome long layered skirt will also give a red carpet look. If jeans are your best friend or hot pants make you look cool, team up with crop tops. Funky asymmetrical dresses that reach the floor are also a rage in pop colours. You surely, will not want to cover up in heavy woolens, as you hit the dance floor, will you? In case you feel the chill, carry a light stole or poncho which you can easily stack in your vanity bag. It doesn’t stand a chance after you hit the dance floor and start partying. Team up with faux stone earrings and neckpieces in reds, greens, blues, pinks, and turquoise.
Shoes:
Go for pumps, ballerinas, moccasins’ in pop colours. It will wipe the boredom of dreary black shoes. Or go for leather boots in nudes or browns. Give the black boots a miss this season. No open shoes for partying right? Many of the clubs have stringent dress codes, that do not allow sandals and open toes shoes, so just give them a miss for the while. Closed shoes will also keep your feet hydrated by trapping the moisture.
