Hello Everyone! I am back with an amazing recipe for you all and this time to beat the Sun, we are using the king of fruits- Mango.

I am pretty sure you all buy mangoes but can’t figure it out what to do with those Mangoes, instead of making traditional humdrum Shake and Lassi with Mango, here is a unique dessert that would be an excellent idea for the summer. So I thought sharing a dessert would be an excellent idea.

The very first thought of posting something easy and delicious from Jaipur is Mishri Mawa. It’s a traditional dish of Rajasthan and is made with milk and mawa. But here I gave a twist to this recipe with Mangoes.

So here I bring to you a delicacy and tasty Mango Mishri Mawa.

Ingredients (For 100gm of Mango Mishri mawa) :

Milk-500ml

Sugar-30gm

Mawa grated-75gm

Lemon juice-3 tbsp

Mango crush-2 Tbspn

Fresh Mango pulp-1/2cup

 Method:

  1. First, boil the milk on medium heat till the milk gets thicken and stir it continuously and add the grated mawa when it starts to get thicken.
  2. When the milk is reduced and thick, that’s the time you add lemon juice to it and add till it gets curdled.
  3. Stir it nicely and make it to Rabri consistency, then add sugar and off the flame and mix it nicely.
  4. Take out the mishri mawa on a bowl and let it get cool at room temperature.
  5. Finally, add Mango crush and fresh Mango pulp mix it nicely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs and garnish with a slice of mangoes.

And serve the chilled Mango Mawa Mishri!
