With the Pujo, the fashion world begins a new journey and parallel to it goes the exhibitions and sales. The residents of Howrah witnessed the same this weekend in presence of Sreela Mazumder, the actor and Paramita Munshi, the director.
In the words of Amrita Mukherjee, the owner of Oishaani Boutique,
“I have been into this fashion as this is my passion apart from being a Chartered Accountant. Fashion must be affordable and at the same time comfortable. Mistakes in fashion are done when people go way beyond theirknowledge and try things.”
The variety ranges from handmade sarees to embroidery Panjabi, from cotton shirts to printed dress materials all are found under the same roof. Another speciality of the boutique is the customised jewellery matched with different outfits.
Paramita Munshi says,
“Amrita is my dear friend and a very creative soul too. Her patience in creating her own unisex fashion collection is the most appreciated fact that I have seen in her. Today I am excited as well to buy things from here.”
Asking Sreela Mazumder about the Pujo collection,
“Though recently my mother has passed and I am not in a mental state to do shopping yet the collections are so appealing that I may think about purchasing few things from here. The most important thing is that apart from being a Chartered Accountant she manages to professionally handle her passion too.”
