Secretary speaks –

As the General Secretary, Sudip Mazumder says, “In 6 phases we have distributed around 2000 free rations to needy individuals of our Rashbehari Assembly Constituency at this crisis period. We do this kind of social activities throughout the year. But this crisis is very different from what we do every year. In this lockdown period, we have distributed around 1000 free masks to the street hawkers and needy ones. We are closely working with the local Tollygunge Police Station for rendering support to senior citizens of our vicinity. Looking after proper sanitization and cleanliness of our locality and market area, we are closely working with the KMC department.”

It is the humanity which is helping people to fight this deadly virus. The members of the forum are quite active and supportive. This makes the entire thing run smoother. With different programs throughout the year, this is a very active forum. But today they have the challenge of surviving through this crisis. However, the members of the forum are positive and dynamic to fight this together.
