The man is watching the tears
Flowing from the lovelorn lady that she was
Detached, unacceptable and bewildered
She is scared as she walks
The man is watching her fears
There is no escape from the murmurs of society.
A widow later, but a human first
A mingling society is her only thirst
The man approaches as a benefactor to her
But again, she enquires if even he is dejected?
An unacceptable human of this difficult society?
And should they be meeting on this unfortunate tryst?
