Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancake Recipe:

4–6 tbsp Quaker oats

1 ripe banana – thinly sliced

1/2 cup ripe melon – cut into small cubes

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla essence

Water – as needed to make batter

1 fresh mint twig – for garnish
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Make Oat Batter

Blend oats into a fine powder using a dry grinder or blender.

In a bowl, mix the oat powder with water to make a smooth batter.

Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare Melon-Banana Sauce

Heat a pan with a few drops of olive oil on low flame.

Add banana slices and melon cubes.

Mash the banana slices and half the melon while stirring to create a chunky sauce.

Cooking Method: Oatmeal Pancake
