The concept delves with rejuvenating old Kolkata and its heritage of which tram is one and the upcoming fashion designer Wrick Baba or Thread Baba realizes the dearth of upholding traditional fabrics. Gamcha is one of the oldest fabric materials which are adopted by Thread Baba in all his apparel designs. Self-learned and a follower of Bibi Russels, Wrick plans to work with his project worldwide. While talking to Woman Times he says, “Bibi Russels always fantasized me and I took inspiration from her but with a different approach. The Gamcha is a material where thread count is less but I improvised on that note and increased the thread count without compromising on the Gamcha material.” The dress materials range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,000.
