Kung Pao Prawn: a delightful spicy recipe

Prawn is a very tasty seafood. This food is high on protein. They provide some of the most important vitamins and minerals that make up a healthy diet. Ingredients for Kung Pow Prawn:

Tiger Prawn
Brown sugar – 300 gm
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Onion
Chinese vinegar
Cornstarch white oil

Plain White oil
Sesame oil
Red chilli flakes
Crushed Peanut (cine badam)
Crushed Paper corn
Deep sauce
Light sauce

Process for Kung Pao Sauce:

Take crushed paper corn, light sauce, deep sauce, chinese vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch oil in a pot and mix well.

Method for Kung Pao Prawn:

Marinate the tiger prawn with lemon juice and keep for some time. Swallow fry the paper corn slightly. Take another frying pan and add white oil, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped garlic and fry till they are golden brown. Now add dry chilli flakes and prawns. Toss them well. Now add the Kung pao sauce. Take cornflour in a bowl and add water then blend well. Add it to the pan and toss the ingredients in the pan well. Take the crushed peanuts and sprinkle on the top of the recipe. Your Kung Pao Prawns are ready to serve. It is good to serve hot as the spicy texture will emerge well.
