Salad is one of the healthiest food that one can consume. When twisted with home-made flavours and ingredients it becomes more delicious. Eating salad, a day is directly correlated with higher nutrient levels.

PROCEDURE:
• For Home-made Eggless Mayonnaise – We will take a mixer jar and put curd, milk, lemon juice, chilled refined oil, sugar and salt into it and mix it well until it is done. We will make a paste of mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix the paste with half mayonnaise and let the other half mayonnaise be as it is.
• Marinade the Chicken breast with ginger-garlic paste, chilli flakes, herbs, salt and honey. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
• Take a pan, pour some refined oil and cook the marinade chicken breast in a low flame. Pour some refined oil in another pan, heat it and cook the chopped vegetables.
• Mix the cooked vegetables with some mayonnaise and the salad is ready to serve with some garnishing.
