- Boiled Sona Moong Dal: 2 cups
- Refined Oil as required
- Crushed Coconut and jaggery: 1 cup
- Rice husk/flour: 1 cup
Mix properly the boiled Sona Moong daal along with the rice husk.
The rice husk should be mixed well with the Sona moong dal and smeared nicely So that the percentage of the Dal mixes nicely with the rice husk.
Now cut it into the shape of a bowl and cover the lid with the coconut tortilla.
Heat the refined oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot, fry the pulis on it.
When it is fried nicely, garnish with the crushed jaggery and serve the mouth watering Sonamuger Puli Pithe
