Caramel Mango Pudding: a desert to cherish

Caramel mango pudding, a delicious and easy to make recipe. Mango is full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants good for overall health. A British sweet dish now is available across the globe with different cuisines. However, the dish is not preferred for people with sugar issues.

Ingredients:

Milk
Sugar
Eggs
Mango

Process:

Boil 1 litre of milk up to 1/2 litre and add sugar as per your taste. Take 4 eggs and beat the yolks together.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the beaten egg yolks and mix well. Cut out the pulp of one mango and make it into a smooth paste using a mixer.

Add the mango pulp paste, egg yolks, and vanilla essence to the boiled milk and mix well to strain the mixture.
Caramelize the sugar and line the cooking container with it. Pour the mixture into the cooking container.
Half fill a pressure cooker with water. Place the container with the pudding mixture into the pressure cooker while making sure the container is not touching the base.

Cover the mixture with a steel plate and cook in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Garnish the pudding with slices of mango pulp. The delicious caramel mango pudding is ready to serve.
