Malai Bread: a candied twist in tale

Bread is a dough prepared with water and flour then is baked. This is a very popular food item and can be tried as a dessert.

Ingredients:

Bread

Ghee

Milk – 1 ltr

Kaju

Raisin (Kismish)

Almond

Badam

Cardamom (Elaichi)

Bay leaf

Process:

  • Turn the gas on, boil the milk with bay leaves, badam, and raisin.
  • Take 6 pcs bread and cut the hard edges and dip the soft side into milk.
  • Place some raisins on the side and roll it.
  • Boil milk till it gets half then place the rolled bread into the pan.
  • Sprinkle elaichi powder on the pan.
  • Take the liquid out and serve in the serving bowls.
