Pineapple is a seasonal fruit which is enriched with antioxidants, enzymes and nutrients.
Ingredients for Pineapple Glaze:
Vanilla custard powder – 3 tsp
Cornflour – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Milk – 200 ml
Lemon
Yellow food colour
Pineapple jam – 2 tbsp
Dry fruits (pesta, almond, kishmish)
Cherry
Whipped cream
Amul fresh cream

Process:
- Take vanilla custard powder in a pan and add 1 cup water.
- Add sugar, pineapple jam, milk and stir well.
- When the milk intensifies add the fresh cream. Stir and mix well.
- Take it out in serving bowls and freeze it for an hour.
- Take another pan and add cornflour. Now add 1 cup water, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp pineapple jam. Mix all of these items. Turn on the gas.
- Once the mixture boils, sim the flame. Stir well and mix 2 to 3 drops lemon yellow food colour.
- When the liquid jelly forms take it out and pour in a serving bowl. Place the bowls in a freeze.
- After a few hours take the bowls out and garnish with whipped cream, cherry, and dry fruits.
