Cooking time 45 minutes

Ingredients:

75 gm dark chocolate
75 gm dates
3 tbs honey
3tbs bread crumbs
50gm white chocolate
40gm cashew
40 gm almond
3 Betel leaves
2tsp Gulkand (optional)
2 tsp fennel
1tsp sugar balls(optional)
20 gm milk powder
1cup liquid milk
2tsp tutti fruity

Process:

Soak the dates in hot liquid milk for 4hrs and then remove the seeds and blend them to get a paste.
Melt the dark chocolate by heating it, and then mix breadcrumbs, the date paste, and honey. Then, you can stir it on low flame till you get a smooth dough. You have to set it aside.
Grind the cashew nuts and almonds into fine powder.
Heat the white chocolate till it melts. Then you have to mix the cashew and almond powder with the honey. After this, you have to stir it on a low flame till you get a smooth mixture. Then set it aside.

For Pan Stuffing:

Cut the betel leaf into little pieces mix it with Gulkand, milk powder, fennel, tutti fruity, and sugar balls.
At first, you have to roll the dark chocolate dough or make the small dough from dark chocolate and shape them into flat round balls.
You have to make the small dough similar to the white chocolate dough and shape them into roundels.
